Send Twitter (X) Posts to Telegram

Follow any public X account and get its posts in your Telegram chat — automatically, no code.

If you used to pipe tweets into Telegram with IFTTT, a Zapier automation, or an RSS bridge, you probably noticed it stopped working. When X changed its API access in 2023, most of those free workarounds broke, and the ones that survived either went quiet or got complicated. Getting a public X account's posts into a Telegram chat should be simple again.

Follow Bot watches the public X accounts you choose and delivers their posts straight to Telegram. You pick the accounts, you pick the chat, and new posts show up on their own — original posts only, no retweets or replies filling up the feed. No API keys, no developer account, no automation to babysit.

How it works

  1. Add Follow Bot to Telegram. Start the bot, or add it to a group or channel. Takes about a minute.
  2. Follow any public X account with a single command: /follow x nasa. The bot checks that the account exists and starts watching it. Add as many accounts as you want.
  3. Get the posts in your chat. When a followed account posts, Follow Bot delivers it to your Telegram chat with the post text, the author, and a link back to the original on X.

Who uses this

It's built for people watching a lot of accounts — where following everything that matters is the point, not shaving seconds.

What you get

Each post delivered to Telegram includes:

Retweets and replies are filtered out, so your chat stays focused on what the account actually published.

How it compares

Most X-to-Telegram tools are built for split-second trading: they cap how many accounts you can follow — often a few dozen — and charge by the head as your list grows. Follow Bot is built for the other job: keeping a steady eye on as many accounts as you want. Follow three or three hundred, it's a flat $10 a month, and your first account is free with no card required.

If you need millisecond alerts to front-run a trade, the specialist tools are worth their price. But if you're monitoring accounts to stay informed, you shouldn't have to pay per account or cap your list to do it — and you shouldn't be locked to one app. The same follows deliver to Slack, Discord, and Microsoft Teams too.

Works with more than Telegram

Telegram Slack Discord Microsoft Teams

Follow Bot works the same way on all four. Posts use each app's native formatting: photo or text messages in Telegram, Block Kit in Slack, embeds in Discord, Adaptive Cards in Teams.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with protected (private) accounts?
No. Follow Bot only works with public accounts. If an account is protected, X doesn't make its posts available to outside tools, and the bot will tell you if you try to follow one.

Do I need an X API key or developer account?
No. You add the bot and follow accounts with a command. There's nothing to configure and no keys to manage.

How many accounts can I follow?
As many as you want on the paid plan — it's a flat price for unlimited accounts. The free plan covers your first account.

Do I see retweets and replies?
No. Follow Bot delivers original posts only, so the chat stays focused.

Can it post to a Telegram channel, not just a chat?
Yes. Add the bot to a group or channel and follows deliver there, so everyone sees new posts together.

Also monitors

Follow Bot also tracks Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, BlueSky, Twitch, and Reddit — same bot, same commands, delivered to the same chat.
