Overview

Follow Bot is a social media monitoring service that tracks public accounts on Instagram, BlueSky, Twitch, Reddit, and Twitter/X, and delivers notifications to your team's chat platform (Slack, Discord, Telegram, or Microsoft Teams). By using Follow Bot, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Follow Bot monitors publicly available social media accounts that you specify and sends notifications to your designated channel when new content is posted. The service requires an active paid subscription via Stripe.

Subscriptions and Payment

Access to Follow Bot requires a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management link in your Stripe email receipt. Removing the bot from your workspace will automatically cancel your subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Follow Bot only to monitor publicly available social media accounts. You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Data and Privacy

Follow Bot collects and stores only the data necessary to provide the service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Service Availability

Follow Bot is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Social media platforms may change their APIs or policies, which could affect functionality.

Limitation of Liability

Follow Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
